• Dynamic tooltip links added to the page will now respond the the hover events.

We now listen to the mouseover event on the body and respond to it only if the target element has a tooltip-link class attached to it. This hack works well with the new elements added to the page.

• The Livewire Tooltip component now only allows the user to specify "tooltip" as the method name when defining the tooltip functionality.
• Previously, the user could call any method on the controller to generate the tooltip content. However, this change restricts the method name to "tooltip" only.
• This update ensures security and simplifies the usage of the Livewire Tooltip component.
• Users are required to define a method named "tooltip" in their controller, which should return either a string or a view file containing the content to be displayed in the tooltip.
• The Livewire Tooltip component will invoke the "tooltip" method when the user hovers over the tooltip link, and display the returned content in the tooltip.

Please update your code accordingly to comply with this change.
