manual cut: Incident recovery: the 08:17Z scheduled cut refused on a FALSE red (8 concurrency-cancelled rows superseded by a same-sha success). Fix merged as b810d0c (DIVE-3941, PR #766). Guard block re-driven against b810d0c live board: GREEN 40/40, negative control still refuses. Both schedule slots today fired +284/+274 min late.

Installed by every box via install.sh's tag resolver (DIVE-2144). Previous published tag: v0.25.7.
