Features

These shipped in this release and were missing from these notes — including
feat(task): ephemeral graders, the very commit named above as forcing this cut's
minor level. Same cause as v0.29.0: the release fold requires a changelog fragment's
first line to be ## Unreleased, and a fragment without it was skipped silently. The
level was derived correctly; the notes were incomplete. A fragment that would be skipped
now fails its pull request, and a cut that would skip one refuses to publish.

manual cut: both nightly slots missed on 2026-09-09/10 (crons 52 23 and 58 0 created no run at all); main green since 23:43Z; 11 commits uncut incl. ephemeral verifiers (#834). First hand dispatch (run 34424676914) was refused by the DIVE-4086 level deriver: merge-commit subject 5ad72bd (#827) carries no conventional type, though its PR TITLE does (feat(agent-list)) — squash-merge let the subject be rewritten past pr-title-lint. Explicit level=minor stated per DIVE-4153: the range contains three feats (#826 DIVE-4137, #834 DIVE-4164, #827 DIVE-4158) and no BREAKING CHANGE or ! marker, so minor is the derived size, not a lowering.

Installed by every box via install.sh's tag resolver (DIVE-2144). Previous published tag: v0.29.0.
