Fixes

  • fix(merge-gate): a seat with the GitHub sudo grant but no bot credential is reported as having no rail, not as a transient scan failure (DIVE-6051)
  • fix(heartbeat): an owed restart is no longer held forever by Claude Code's "/clear to save N tokens" hint (DIVE-6050)
  • fix(doctor): grade CLI freshness against the version 5dive update would install (DIVE-6049)
  • fix(ci): the nightly full-sweep no longer cancels the push sweep on the same commit (DIVE-6041)
  • fix(heartbeat): a grade whose session ended without a verdict goes back to its grader instead of holding the seat busy forever (DIVE-6040)
