Grade badges work again — the plugin now reads the engine's rock ladder (blank / rough / polished / crystal / gem, plus synthesis on generated map pages), with the pre-July legacy names read forever. Every note the engine has written since mid-July was silently rendering no badge.
Also in 0.2.5:
- Audio and video recordings convert: mp3/m4a/wav/aiff/aac/flac/opus/mp4/mov/m4v are transcribed on-device by the Thunderegg engine into structured meeting summaries (takes a few minutes per recording; nothing is uploaded).
- .doc and .rtf convert.
- Bond discovery now targets YOUR vault (the plugin passes DISTILL_VAULT_PATH), instead of whichever vault the Mac app happened to be configured for.
- Includes the OCR error-message fix that was committed on 2026-07-17 but never released: a missing OCR helper now says so, instead of asking whether the app is installed.
- Copy: everything is free (premium/unlock wording removed), links point at thunderegg.ai, README documents the current grade ladder, the real OCR remedy, and the Publish feature.
164/164 tests. Requires the Thunderegg Mac app for conversion (transcription needs v0.5+ of the app).
