• TLS Certificate Verification: aria2c RPC now enables TLS certificate verification by default (checkCertificate: true), with an option to disable for broken certificate environments.
• Connection Limit Alignment: Strictly capped connection count at 16 (matching aria2 source limit in OptionHandlerFactory.cc) to prevent tasks from failing back to single-stream mode.
