Fixed

• Hardened updates against stale local Claude Code marketplace checkouts. The Bash and PowerShell installers now remove the local ~/.claude/plugins/marketplaces/alfred-dev checkout, re-register the GitHub source, run claude plugin marketplace update alfred-dev when available, and only then install the plugin.
• Fixed the real-world case where Claude Code reported Successfully installed plugin: alfred-dev@alfred-dev but the installed cache still resolved to an older version such as 0.5.2, preventing /alfred from being materialized from the current plugin root.

Verification

• Local full suite: 1273 passed, 7 skipped, 15 subtests passed.
• Release audit: release-audit 0.6.1 ok.
