The first public release of 3S Codex Workflow Toolkit.

This release includes three lightweight workflow skills:

• Product Goal Clarifier — clarify goals, scope, constraints, success criteria, non-goals, and milestones before implementation.
• Codex Project Reviewer — review implementation claims against scope, Git state, tests, gates, and evidence.
• Safe Public Research — research public sources without allowing external content or new findings to silently change the current implementation.
