First release.

Spaced Dive treats one note as one memory unit: it draws a note from your
vault, shows it in the sidebar, and asks what you remember. A 0–5 score
drives an Ebbinghaus-style interval ladder.

• Review whole notes — nothing to cut into flashcards
• Folder-balanced weighted picking, plus an explore rate, so a large vault
  doesn't keep landing on the same directory
• Review state is written to each note's own sr-* frontmatter, so it
  travels with the note
• Dataview and Bases friendly
