Summary: Add a unit test that auto-detects locale files and verifies all languages have the same translation keys.

app/frontend/tests/i18n-alignment.test.ts - catches missing translation keys across all locales
Upgrade Notes
No breaking changes. The new test will run with npm run test:unit:frontend. If your locale files have drifted out of sync, the test will flag the missing keys.
