Learn about vigilant mode. 
- Updated FFmpeg to v8.0 "Huffman".
- Fixed code warnings.
- Routed FFmpeg error messages to Output.txt instead of giant messagebox.
- FFmpeg max bitrate can be set by user In Config.ini manually. (default is 20M)
- FFmpeg buffer size can be set by user In Config.ini manually. (default is 40M)

Notice: video output file will never exceed max bitrate set.
