Learn about vigilant mode. 
- Fixed progress messages hangs.
- Fixed hangs when cancel button is clicked.
- Fixed gui hang when ffmpeg takes too long flush its buffers.
- Progress will always output lines instead of being stuck on first line.
- Video duration will now be calculated reliably using ffprobe.
- Cleaned up code.

Notice: due to hardware acceleration ffmpeg limitation progress cannot be calculated reliably for AVC encoded videos.
