Note: trusting the updater certificate (Trust Updater Certificate…) makes Accessibility/Bluetooth permissions persist across updates, but the saved-password Keychain item still prompts once per update on self-signed builds — a limitation that only an Apple Developer ID (notarization + data-protection keychain) would remove.
