馃殌 Calibre LibGen Downloader (v0.1.0-alpha)

Very early alpha release of the native Calibre User Interface Action Plugin for LibGen.

Features

  • Toolbar Integration: Dedicated LibGen button on Calibre's main toolbar (Ctrl+Shift+L).
  • Bulk Download Queue: Check multiple books and queue them for batch background downloading.
  • Direct Library Ingestion: Books are automatically imported into Calibre's active library upon download.
  • Format & Language Locking: Filter or prioritize books by language and format (EPUB, PDF, MOBI, etc.).
  • Multi-Mirror Failover: Automatic fallback across active LibGen mirrors (libgen.li, libgen.vg, libgen.gl, libgen.bz, libgen.is).

Installation

  1. Download libgen_downloader.zip below.
  2. Open Calibre -> Preferences -> Plugins -> Load plugin from file.
  3. Select libgen_downloader.zip and restart Calibre.
