NDIS_OID_REQUEST changed revisions in NDIS 6.50, so Npcap 0.9995 and later have been sending requests that were missing data used by SR-IOV drivers. Additionally, we may have seen evidence that Windows 11 or miniport drivers written for NDIS 6.50 or later may reject such OID requests as invalid. This change includes C_ASSERT macros to ensure we do not miss changes to the data structures we track here.
