• Centralize runnable validation commands in the lane manifest, nearest
  AGENTS.md or VALIDATION.md, and the active release procedure; decisions,
  changelog history, landing logs, reviewed memory objects, and route maps now
  retain owner routes and outcomes instead of copied command catalogs.
• Refresh the release-closeout workspace memo-port readout from the landed
  owner map so publication carries current route evidence instead of the
  pre-merge workspace snapshot.

• Pin repo-local KAG source-index validation to the portable shared generator
  and refresh the repository-owned index from the current memo source tree.
• Record the roadmap alignment that keeps mechanic legacy/ material as
  indexed provenance outside the active AGENTS mesh while active mechanic
