IOTBT segment devices: the "LEDs per segment" / "Number of segments" fields in the Configure dialog now show the device's actual current values (read from the device's state response) instead of the default. Falls back to the previous default if the device doesn't respond.

No new entities or sensors - just the existing config fields, pre-filled with the real values. See #83.
