Fixes IOTBT segment detection for devices that advertise only manufacturer data under a ZengGe company ID (0x5A**) rather than service data.

These devices (e.g. the IOTBT6BA USB corner lamp from #83) were misclassified as older Telink-style IOTBT controllers, so on/off worked but colour and effects did not. They now correctly use the segment protocol (0x3B power, 0xE1 0x03 colour, 0xE1 0x01 effects).

Closes #83 (pending tester confirmation).

If you are upgrading, please delete affected devices in the UI and re-add them so the new detection runs.
