Fixed

Notification Badges and Audio: Resolved a regression from version 2.6.2 where a temporary boot-time patch remained active permanently. This was causing notification badges and audio alerts to be incorrectly suppressed for non-blocked servers and DMs. Both badges and audio now respect native Discord behavior and function properly again.
