Fusion Hero OS v10.0.0 — Operational Platform

Operativer Kanon. Additive evolution over the v8.3 functional stack (Backward Compatibility Guarantee).

Platform

  • Single source of truth: VERSION = 10.0.0 / tag v10.0.0
  • Manifests aligned: pyproject.toml, package.json, Rust crates, fusion_hero_os.__version__
  • Gate: python scripts/bump_version.py --check

Stage-A

  • PII cleanup in active tree
  • Ascension consent gate (fail-closed)
  • Archive anchors: scrypt KDF + neutral salt fusion-hero-os|archiv|v10
  • Version-consistency CI tests
