Structured context packs now separate objectives, decisions, constraints, completed work, open tasks, blockers, and failed attempts. Raw chat is excluded by default. Each fact carries source, timestamp, and event ID; stale facts can be superseded without deleting the append-only history, and output has a configurable character budget. Existing CLI and MCP workflows remain supported.
