TimeReverse v0.3.0 — Multiple projects

TimeReverse now keeps a registry of independent projects, discovers the nearest project from nested directories, preserves stable project IDs across moves, and prevents context mixing with one database per project. The Windows launcher follows the current directory and autostart watches all registered projects. New projects list/add/remove commands expose the registry.
