- nexmon firmware:
true
(chipbcm4358, ver7_112_300_14_sta)
Flash the attached zip in TWRP. The installer flashes the kernel
and installs the bundled fw_bcmdhd.bin (a backup of the stock
firmware is kept as fw_bcmdhd.bin.stock).
fw_bcmdhd.bin md5: cbc48d1e275c68020a36fc2274307eef — after boot,
md5sum /vendor/firmware/fw_bcmdhd.bin must equal this. If it does
not, the AnyKernel firmware write did not take; install the standalone
fw_bcmdhd.bin asset directly from a rooted shell:
mount -o remount,rw /system; mount -o remount,rw /vendor
curl -L -o /vendor/firmware/fw_bcmdhd.bin \
https://github.com/9hm2/android_kernel_huawei_angler/releases/download/build-20260609-da9cf2b0/fw_bcmdhd.bin
sync; md5sum /vendor/firmware/fw_bcmdhd.bin # must match above
hwdb.bin is attached separately (it is NOT in the zip). It fixes
lsusb ("unable to initialize usb spec") inside the Kali chroot.
Install it manually from the chroot, e.g.:
wget -O /etc/udev/hwdb.bin \
https://github.com/9hm2/android_kernel_huawei_angler/releases/download/build-20260609-da9cf2b0/hwdb.bin
(or curl -L -o /etc/udev/hwdb.bin <url>). See
anykernel/chroot-extras/README.txt.
