• Smart Insights weekly volume groups muscle-group tags case-insensitively so Back, BACK, and back appear as one Back row. (#1017)
• High-confidence confirmed weekly-volume identity defect: computeWeeklyVolume groups raw case-sensitive SessionSummary.muscleGroup strings; SQL/repository preserve source case and WeeklyVolumeCard only uppercases the first character. Independently traced fresh mobile source and visually checked retained reporter JPEG. REPRODUCED upstream real-schema/repository/engine fixture reviewed, not rerun here; screenshot per-row values agree but output order differs, so byte-for-byte equivalence is not established. Reporter tag writer provenance remains unknown and is not required for this correction. Open product defect; RCA complete, implementation/device verification pending. No Discord thread exists. • Custom exercises: new History button in the Edit Exercise dialog opens the exercise's workout history, charts and 1RM (hold-to-edit unchanged). (#362) (#1161)
• Correct a Just Lift exercise label (#972): change or clear a completed Just Lift segment exercise label from History or the live summary, keeping the lift, its set, and personal records (#974)

• Issue #1018 visual prototype evidence: Add Exercise on the final routine summary (design review only; not implemented).
• Routines: Add Exercise from the final summary screen — add one extra exercise to the current workout only (workout mode, sets, reps, weight, rest, warm-ups, drop sets, equipment rack); saved routines unchanged. (#1018)
• Design preview for the custom-exercise History button; signed off and shipped in PR #1161.
