A custom build of CrystalDiskInfo that allows you to fully emulate (spoof) the state of hard drives and SSDs, their S.M.A.R.T. attributes, temperature, lifespan, and other parameters via an external JSON configuration file.

📋 Features

  • App Name Override: Change the window title.
  • Disk ID Override: Spoof Model, Serial Number, and Firmware.
  • Capacity & Status: Set any disk size (MB) and force health status (Good, Caution, Bad).
  • S.M.A.R.T. Attributes: Override Value, Worst, and Raw for any ID.
  • Telemetry & Lifespan: Fake temperature, power-on hours, Life %, RPM, host reads/writes.
  • "auto" mechanism: Keep "auto" in the JSON to fetch real hardware data for specific fields.

🚀 Quick Start

  1. Download and extract the .zip archive below.
  2. Create a file named override_config.json in the same folder as DiskInfo.exe.
  3. Edit the JSON file with your fake parameters (see the example below).
  4. Run DiskInfo.exe.
