Maintenance backport for applications constrained to the a3s-orm 0.2 compatibility line.

This release contains the same typed CTE, UPDATE ... FROM, expression-assignment, and atomic claim implementation as v0.3.0. It exists so components with Cargo requirements on ^0.2 can upgrade without resolving two ORM versions.

New integrations should use v0.3.0. This package is also available from crates.io as a3s-orm = "0.2.1".
