Browser document PDF export upgrades decorative Artifact marked content from bare /Artifact BMC to ISO-style /Artifact << /Type /Layout >> BDC … EMC for highlights, underlines, and paragraph borders (still no MCID / StructElem).

Remaining decorative art borders and full PDF/UA certification remain out of scope.
