Browser document PDF export nests unmatched vector-run Span MCIDs under a page-level /P StructElem (Document → P → Span with /Pg) when the page has no outline role.

Page-matched Spans under H1–H6/P outline roles from 0.172.0 stay unchanged. Remaining decorative art borders and full PDF/UA certification remain out of scope.
