Highlights

• Writer Compare now pairs a unique lexical range moved between aligned simple paragraphs or headings within one document section as one atomic move review item. Source and destination scopes stay intact, separators travel with the range, and accept/reject/Undo plus native DOCX export and reopen preserve exact text.
• Duplicate or mark-mismatched candidates, section-boundary moves, rich or relationship-bound content, tables, and oversized input remain fail-closed ordinary revisions or explicit diagnostics. The Review ribbon and Changes pane retain one localized move card across desktop and compact layouts.
• Added controlled editor, native DOCX round-trip, desktop/390 px visual, documentation, and local ACL evidence. The Windows WPS 12.0 COM/UIA probe observed the tested reorder as ordinary delete/insert records; A3S documents the bounded local enhancement without claiming an unobserved native WPS move API.

Validation

• Full Rstest suite: 2,345 tests passed across 361 files.

• Compare and documentation visual regression: 8/8 (desktop and compact projects).
• Local A3S Test ACL parser: 3 scenarios validated; interactive browser execution remains a local-only gate and was blocked by the host Chrome DevToolsActivePort startup failure.
