Relationship-free w:tblPrChange priors that include w:tblLook are now
reviewable as table-formatting (look) with accept/reject, live
track-changes, and native export (including current-table w:tblLook on DOCX
write). Broader table property sets remain opaque or fail-closed; opaque
fixtures stay on tblOverlap.
