Relationship-free w:tblPrChange priors that include relationship-free w:tblStyle are now reviewable as table-formatting (styleId) with accept/reject, live track-changes, and native DOCX export (including current-table w:tblStyle on write).

Broader table property sets remain opaque or fail-closed; opaque table fixtures stay on tblCellSpacing.
