Now on Intel Macs too

RayMate is now one app for Apple Silicon and Intel. On Intel, local dictation runs Parakeet through CoreML.

Dictation

• New mode menu in the dictation bar. Hover the mode button, click a mode to pick it and adjust its context (cursor text, screen, selection) and whether to paste or review first.
• Shortcuts for each mode. Give any mode its own shortcut to start dictating in it straight away.
• Voice commands on selected text. Select text and say "fix the grammar" or "make this formal". Turn it on for the Default mode with its Selection option.
• Review before inserting. Any mode can open its result in a card where you can regenerate, rewrite by voice or typing, then insert.
• Gemini 3.5 Transcribe support, live or after you stop, with Smart transcription for cleaned-up text.
• Clearer error messages, a one-line live caption, and Return to finish dictating.

Settings

• Dictation settings are now in one place, with a guide to choosing a model.
• Model lists load automatically for each speech provider.
