ACBF Editor v3.0 is out.
Changes are:
- code ported to Python 3 and GtK 3
- improved Edit Styles dialog
- added option to export text layer into a text file
- added option to draw rounded rectangle and ellipse in frames editor
- several other minor fixes and improvements
