Presumably, this project consists of these groups of entities: git entities, clone detection module entities, additional entities:

where:

git -- stores information about observed projects, users, commits, etc.

clone detection module -- stores information consumed / produced by this module.

additional -- other data required by the service (auth, scheduling, visualization, etc).
