First release. KillRule (numpy/scipy) and an Optuna CertifiedPruner: stop bad training runs early with a conformal bound on how often you stop one that would have ended well. Ships the 400 LoRA curves from the pre-registered CC-03c pool, both splits, and a script that reproduces the recorded numbers exactly. On PyPI as certified-pruner.
