Highlights

• Project Brief is now the canonical name for new project-level durable briefs, replacing the local Project Foundation terminology that conflicted with the AChWorks executable Foundation concept.
• Existing Workspace artifacts remain backward-compatible: legacy title Project Foundation and legacy key project-foundation are discovered and reused instead of renamed, deleted, or duplicated.
• New supported stable identity is Project Brief / project-brief when no equivalent singleton already exists.
• The repository now uses its canonical AChWorks/wp-native-builder identity and includes the AChWorks component descriptor aligned to the wordpress-ai system.
• Skill behavior is deliberately unchanged: bounded fast-path work, readiness/intake coverage, WordPress-native mechanism selection, multi-site target safety, Workspace concurrency, approval boundaries, and live WordPress authority remain intact.
• No new lifecycle state, Workspace schema/state, confirmation gate, or project ceremony was introduced.
