Fix: Element bounding boxes for legacy chunks-only runs

This release fixes an issue where legacy runs (pre-v5.0) that only have .chunks.jsonl files would not display element bounding boxes in the UI.

Changes

  • Update /api/boxes and /api/element_types endpoints to fall back to .chunks.jsonl when no .elements.jsonl exists
  • Support two legacy chunk formats:
    • Chunks with embedded orig_elements (Unstructured chunker output)
    • Direct element-style chunks (Azure DI legacy format)
  • Update /api/element/{slug}/{id} endpoint for legacy file resolution
