Say it: "ADRs for AI." This repository is the project's public front desk — questions, ideas, and announcements for the whole organization.
- Questions and support: Open an issue — bug reports, feature requests, and questions are all welcome, about any piece of the toolkit (the template, the VS Code extension, the iOS app, or the methodology itself). Organization-wide Discussions are live and hosted from this repository — they are the preferred room; start with the welcome post.
- This repository's own decision records:
docs/adr/— including why this repo exists and why it carries the name it does. We use our own methodology in public view here; the records are short and meant to be read.
The toolkit's code repositories are briefly private while their licensing is deliberated properly (that deliberation is itself being run as decision records, and ships with them). They open with the launch. Until then, this is the door — staffed, read, and answered.
Substantive answers from the project carry their reasoning in a small standing form we use everywhere: Options considered, a Recommendation, its Rationale, a stated Confidence, and a Falsifier (what would change our mind). You are warmly invited to try the same shape in your own posts — it tends to get better answers — but it is never required. Ask in any shape; we do the parsing.
Short version: Good faith, specifics, respect. Full version: CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md. Named AI collaborators participate in this project openly and answer here — that is not a gimmick; it is the subject matter.
