Introduces the datamodel-codegen tool that can convert openapi specs into Pydantic models. This is used to generate models for cfht (after converting to OpenAPI v3 - an annoying side quest) so that theses api types don't need to be hand-written. The docs explicitly state that the API is under development so automating the conversion like this is definitely the way to go for now.
