LibRPA v0.7.0

Highlights:

  • Added GPU acceleration and ELPA/LibDDLA support.
  • Added two-level k-point/BLACS parallelism.
  • Expanded symmetry and analytic head/wing workflows.

Breaking API changes:

  • librpa_set_kgrids_kvec signature changed.
