This is the first full release of the crabpack R package.

What's Changed

• Set up API via AKFIN to allow for fully public data access (default, channel = "API")
• Set up internal Kodiak AFSC data access (channel = "KOD") relying on VPN
• Changed Oracle database connection in crabpack::get_connected() from RODBC to a direct connection using DBI and odbc by @ShannonHennessey in #3
• Corrected biomass and abundance calculation for crab in unstratified districts (Northern district RKC and Hair, BKC Unstratified district) in issue #7
• Fixed bugs in various error messages and allowed combinations of argument inputs
