NOTE: There are two changes to be aware of
- We now use the counter registers on ARM, rather than the Linux monotonic clock API.
- Our provided development environment has introduced a new default version of Flatbuffers. Pay attention to the
README.mdfor instructions on how to set up a different version if you require that.
