Version 1.0 of Notes App (menu-driven console app).

Features in this app include:

  • Skeleton Menu Items for Adding, Listing, Updating and Deleting a Note. No Note model is added yet.
  • Logging capabilities added via Kotlin-Logging dependency
  • The UserInput Utility was created to support robust console IO
