Code generation

Preparing the code generator to be run

For being able to run the Hybris code generator successfully you have to provide following files in the hybris fake structure:

  • project.properties
  • extensions.xml
  • resources/advanced.properties
  • resources/schemas/beans.xsd
  • bootstrap/resources/pojo/global-eventtemplate.vm
  • ext/%EXTENSION%/extensioninfo.xml
  • ext/%EXTENSION%/project.properties
  • ext/%EXTENSION%/resources/core-advanced-deployment.xml
  • ext/%EXTENSION%/resources/core-beans.xml
  • ext/%EXTENSION%/resources/core-items.xml

Running the code generator

After the Hybris fake structure have been prepared with all needed files, the Hybris code generator is being started by calling the Main-Method in class "CodeGenerator" of the Hybris suite via Reflection API.
