Changes from the previous release

1. Now compile against Android N (API v24.0) tools
2. Migrated database from DBFlow to Realm
3. Refactor weather models, no more separate models for database
4. Generalised Retrofit instance to allow possibility of using other Weather Forecast services
5. Fixed a bug where if a user rotates the device immediately after tapping "Refresh", the app will crash
