Move Known pyCluster Nodes into a dedicated Topology view with a five-column wrapping desktop layout and stacked mobile records, retaining route provenance in the drill-down modal.
Widen the public sidebar so all five navigation labels fit.
Align the Popups toggle styling and behavior with the Sidebar toggle.

Verification

670 tests passed; 49 integration tests deselected by the default regression profile.
