Follow-up for #233. Restores the #228 streaming-text behavior while retaining #229 status updates, stops stale graph animation work when polling ends, prevents EventSource and fallback polling from running together, and skips duplicate orbital indicator renders. Adds regression coverage for the graph transport/animation lifecycle and indicator rendering. Verification: 5 affected tests pass; Vite production build passes. The full concurrent-session file has 28 passing tests and 2 unrelated pre-existing devel failures.
