The GTM Co-Founder v1.2.0 — grounds the brief in your repo
start-here now grounds the brief in what you have actually shipped.
What's new
When you run it inside your project, start-here does a quick, scoped scan first (README, package manifest, recent commit and PR titles, open-issue themes) and pre-fills the brief with those as validated facts, then the interview only fills the gaps. The result: advice that is specific to your product from the first minute instead of generic. It skips gracefully when there is no repo. Prompted by community feedback.
18 skills total, with the enforcement layer (protocol + the review-the-work self-check gate) from v1.1.0.

The GTM Co-Founder v1.1.0 — enforcement layer
Adds an enforcement layer so the agent follows the go-to-market SOPs, not just reads them. Thanks to cgallic (kai-cmo-harness) for the nudge.
What's new
- A non-negotiable protocol in AGENTS.md: five gates the agent runs every session (state before advice, diagnosis before tactics, evidence before belief, the judge is not the author, update state after).
- A new skill, review-the-work: an actor-vs-judge self-check gate. Before any deliverable reaches you, the agent stops being the author, becomes the skeptic, and stress-tests it against the standard.
18 skills total.
