• competitive-analysis-cpo — the same analysis, ending in seven explicit decisions: roadmap accelerate/pause/kill, build vs partner vs ignore, category positioning, pricing angle, hiring signals, wedge, board narrative.

Both enforce the same evidence discipline: every factual claim carries a URL or an explicit uncertainty flag, every inference is labelled [inferred], and a mandatory calibration gate lets you correct the facts before synthesis.
