Evidence-only public preview

Run an independently operated, CPU-only validator for AI Power Grid. This prerelease receives short-lived Grid assignments, probes the assigned worker through Core, independently scores the disclosed result, and signs compact evidence.

No validator rewards, staking, routing influence, strikes, or slashing are enabled. Distinct registrations are not proof of independent control; the network is recruiting 5-10 independent operators for a 72-hour, no-reward qualification.

Verified payload

The release includes Linux x64/ARM64, macOS ARM64, and Windows x64 archives; shell and PowerShell installers; SHA256SUMS; an SPDX SBOM; and validator-release.json. The container is public at ghcr.io/aipowergrid/validator:v0.1.0-preview.8; prereleases do not publish latest.

Unsigned preview warning

macOS is not Developer ID signed or notarized, and Windows is not Authenticode signed. Verify SHA256SUMS and GitHub artifact provenance before accepting an operating-system warning. Linux or Docker is the lowest-friction pilot path.
